How Do I Submit A Design Request?

To submit a design request, go to the "Design Request" section and fill out the form.

What Is The Turnaround Time?

The turnaround time depends on your design, instructions and how many designs we get at once. Usually 2-3 days turnaround time. If you have any questions please reply to the ticket and our designer will get back to you.

What Kind Of Designs Can I Request?

We can create designs for just about anything. If you provide dimension and templates that will make the process much easier. Depending on the complexity of the design we may have to charge extra.

How Many Revision Rounds Do We Get?

We provide 3 revision arounds. To get your design right on the first try please provide as much info as possible

How Do I Upgrade My Plan?

To upgrade your plan, simply head over to PrintLabStudio.com. Then select the plan you want to upgrade to. However, remember to cancel your current plan first.

How Do I Downgrade Or Cancel My Plan?

To downgrade or cancel your plan simply login to your Thrive account and cancel your subscription first. Then head over to PrintLabStudio.com to select your desired plan. If you have any questions please contact [email protected]

Where Do I Find Info On My Thrive Account?

You can find the link to your Thrive account at the bottom of your invoice. There will be a link saying "Click here to manage your billing details and view purchase history."

Do you provide refunds?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds.
